LA REAZIONE FREDDA RIGENERANTE

It is not just a moment of pleasure: the shower plays a crucial role in the wellness path. After a heat session in the sauna or hammam, it is essential to fully cool the body to gain and boost all the benefits of each room. The complete path therefore includes a session of dry heat or moist heat, a cold reaction and rest.

COLD REACTION

After a warm sauna or steam bath, a cold shower completes the ritual of regeneration of body and mind, quickly bringing them back to their original state, free of stress and tension.

The thermic contrast stimulates the functioning of many body systems, first and foremost the cardio-circulatory one. It also regenerates and stimulates the tissues, making the skin softer, more elastic and glowing.

Treating the body with heat maximises its beneficial effects if it is included in a three-phase cycle, which becomes a true ritual. After a proper rest time, the cycle can be restarted with the heat phase, carefully following all the phases, ending each cycle with a rest time, creating a ritual that rebalances the body and spirit

STEP 1

Dry heat session (sauna) or humid heat session (steam bath).

|

STEP 2

Cold reaction that rapidly restores the body to its original temperature.

|

STEP 3

Hydration and salts reintegration - rest wrapped in soft cloths for the same amount of time as spent in the warm room.

COLD REACTION BENEFITS

In its conventional shape, the hot water flowing gently over the skin creates a feeling of comfort and relaxation, easing muscle tension and giving enveloping physical pleasure. When used after the dry heat of the sauna and the moist heat of the steam bath, it has a regenerative function, through the use of icy water that stimulates the body and rebalances its temperature. Essential to complete the wellness ritual path.
